Here is the most recent Phoenix AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for April 2022:   After the slightest of declines last month, the average sales price of Phoenix homes increased this month, going from $580,757 in March to a new all-time high of $618,420 in April. Here is the most recent Mesa AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for April 2022:   After decreasing slightly last month, the average sales price of homes increased from $537,807 in March to a new all-time high of $552,536 in April. The average sales price of Mesa homes has now increased in 14 out of the last 17 months.The average sales price per square foot of Mesa homes has either remained the same or has continued to climb for 28 consecutive months now. Electric Vehicles (EV) have become more and more prevalent as major auto makers adopt the technology.    As an owner of an EV, the most asked question I hear is, "How far can you drive?"  The most common anxiety IMHO is "range anxiety."  Drivers are worried about running out of power.  It's a valid reason, but once you own an EV, that will disappear when you get in the habit of mindfulness when it comes to charging.  That is, every night plan your next day's travel and check the remaining mileage on your battery.  If it's low, set a range to stop at 80%, plug it in, and it shuts off when charging is complete.  It's that simple.  Here's a list of things to consider when owning an EV.
