On October 25, 2022, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported the homes values lower 3.2% to the price of $600,000 in September of 2022 from price of $620,000 in August of 2022, but gained 5.3% from price of $570,000 September of 2021. I know I wrote my first listing agreement for this house over a decade ago.  And I finally sold it last week. I tried to access my old forms to determine the first time I listed it, and it was with my very first broker.  So it could have been 12 years ago.  It sits across the fairway from our home..
